I offer psychotherapy and counselling sessions some weekday afternoons and evenings as Saturday mornings.
How long do the sessions last?
Both assessment appointments and therapy sessions last for 50 minutes each
How many counselling sessions can I have?
There is flexibility as I offer both long-term and short-term weekly sessions.
How much are the session fees?
Sessions are offered weekly cost is as follows:
Individual sessions - £80 (N7 Manor Gardens or N1 Upper Street) Individual sessions - £90 WC1H (Kings Cross/Bloomsbury)
How much are counselling supervision sessions?

Do you offer concessions?
I unfortunately no longer offer concessionary fees at this time.
Where are your therapy rooms?
My therapy rooms are at a three peaceful and pleasant locations at in Upper Holloway and Highbury & Islington in North London and Kings Cross/Bloomsbury in Central London.
I or someone I know want sessions with you, but they need a BSL or language interpreter/translator. What happens next?
Clients who require an interpreter/translator for sessions must find and cover the full cost of the interpreting or sign language service themselves. Please enquire for more information.
Do you provide psychotherapy and counselling via EAP or private health insurance?
That depends on the rules set by your health insurance provider. If you have private health insurance you will need to check with your provider what and how much you are covered for before you begin therapy as well as who you will be able to receive therapy sessions from. You may or may not be able to access additional sessions beyond what is covered by your EAP or private health insurer depending on the individual EAP's policy. Please check with your provider.
